Frequently asked questions
Everything parents need to know before creating their MagicVisit.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A regular photo from your phone is enough. For the best result, make sure your Christmas tree is visible, the room is reasonably well lit and there are no people in the photo.
Do I need a professional photo?
No. MagicVisit is designed to work with ordinary phone photos.
What if there are already presents under the Christmas tree?
No problem. MagicVisit can work with photos both with and without presents under the tree.
Can Santa say my child's name?
Yes. The Christmas Magic Pack includes a personalized Santa voice scene using your child's first name.
Does Santa actually speak in the video?
Yes. The personalized message includes Santa's voice and is designed to feel like part of the scene.
Will my room still look the same?
That's the goal. MagicVisit preserves the layout, furniture, Christmas tree and overall appearance of your room while adding Santa and the Christmas magic.
How long is the video?
Each MagicVisit video is approximately 7 seconds long.
Can people be visible in the uploaded photo?
For the best and most consistent result, upload a photo of the room without people.
What happens if my photo isn't suitable?
We check the image before generation. If the photo cannot produce a reliable result, you'll be asked to upload another one instead of wasting your generation.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay only for the video package you choose.
What if there is a problem with my video?
Contact our support team and describe the issue. We'll review the result if there is a clear technical problem.
Is MagicVisit real footage?
MagicVisit creates AI-generated entertainment using the photo you upload. Santa is digitally added to your room.
